2) You will receive the pre-recorded workouts for the month. These will change every month as fitness levels increase and to keep workouts varied to achieve the best results.
3) We will discuss and monitor your progress weekly during FaceTime check-ins and aim to stay on target and reach your desired goal in the timeframe.
4) Your package will include nutrition advice as necessary.

Some workouts use only bodyweight but others do include the use of equipment. You can purchase the fitness merch at a discounted rate when you buy the plan.
We will discuss your goals and put a plan together. We will monitor your progress on a weekly basis via FaceTime. You will have access to me via WhatsApp for any support/advice throughout the week.
